Rotary Club Delft-Vermeer is een jonge enthousiaste Rotary Club in Delft. De club is in 2004 opgericht en heeft voornamelijk jongere leden. De sfeer is gezellig. We hebben al tal van leuke en grote projecten gedaan.

We komen elke woensdag bijeen in Restaurant Bastille, Havenstraat in Delft van 18.30-20.30 uur.

The Rotary Club Delft-Vermeer is the 4th Rotary club in Delft and had its charter in June 2004. The club is a mixed club with at the moment 28 members (male and female). The main focus of the club is to help and support the youth of Delft and international youth who need support. As a charter project the club raised funds in 2004 and 2008 to buy a van for two schools in Delft making it possible for the pupils to take part in training outside the school. In 2007 the club raised funds for a music school in Mamelodi, South Africa, by organizing a world-music-concert together with the Technical University of Delft. The club is active with many initiatives, realizing and participating in several youth programs of Rotary International. The biggest project for this year is a gold tournament organized to raise funds for War Child, a NGO that takes care of children suffering in war and post war situations.

Our meetings are held every Wednesday in Restaurant Bastille, Havenstraat in Delft from 6.30 to 8.30 pm.
