Noordwijkerhout is in the ‘Heart of the Tulip Fields’. It is a beautiful county district where you can still find the peace and beauty of Nature in the middle of the industrious West of Holland. The 15,000 inhabitants of the Municipality live in Noordwijkerhout and De Zilk, two villages with year-round festivals and activities, which the association of undertakings organizes with many volunteers.

The village also boasts bustling boulevards, an old friendly town centre, rugged dunes and magnificent woodlands.

Katwijk is one of the best-known family seaside resorts in the Netherlands. Its greatest attraction is the beach – nearly five-kilometres of white sand – backed by beach cafés and rolling dunes. Whether you like swimming, sailing, kite-surfing, fishing or just strolling along the waterfront, there is something to suit all ages. For the more active, there are strenuous Nordic-walking opportunities and the dunes are just waiting to be explored by cyclists.
