Ashok Mahajan, of Mumbai, is senior partner in Raj Industries, a firm he founded in 1973. He is a member of the Punjab Kesari Club, Council for Fair Business Practice, and International Institute of Management, and has served on the Civil Defense Advisory Committee Maharashtra.

Since joining the Rotary Club of Mulund in 1973, Ashok has served Rotary as district governor and task force and committee member, and at district conferences and the 2001-02 India Presidential PolioPlus Summit.

He has received the RI Service Above Self Award, as well as The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service, Distinguished Service Award and Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World.
