MENTOR SPEEDDATES – Connecting Experience with Ambition 

We’re looking for mentors!

On Friday evening, 11 September 2026, the Rotary European Action Summit brings Rotarians and Rotaractors together for an interactive Mentor Speeddates session.

We are looking for experienced professionals and leaders from different fields who are willing to share their knowledge, experience and insights with a new generation of professionals. During a series of short, dynamic conversations, mentors will meet young professionals to discuss ambitions, challenges, skills and opportunities for growth.

And if there’s a good match and both mentor and mentee are interested, the connection can continue beyond the Summit. Matches may choose to enter an optional one-year mentoring relationship, with monthly check-ins to support personal and professional development.
