PAVLO B.KASHKADAMOV
Pavlo was born on the 7th of July 1954 in Lviv, Western Ukraine. In 1971 he entered Lviv Polytechnic University, radio-technical faculty. After graduation he took the position of a headman of production department at the big factory, which assembled complicated electronic equipment. During the twelve years he went up the career from the lowest manager level to the deputy of production director of a large concern. At that time he graduated the University, department of International relations. In 1990 the economy of the former Soviet Union collapsed and Pavlo decided to try himself in private business sector. In 1994 together with his cousin they established scientific-production enterprise that by present time engineers and builds cable television networks. Presently it is TV and Broadcasting Co. LEPTON with three CTV networks.

In 1991 Pavlo together with his friends were the founders of Rotary club in Lviv. That time there were no Rotary clubs in Ukraine. |

In November 1992 the Lviv Rotary club was registered in RI as the second club in Ukraine – after Kyiv Rotary club. During first two years he took the position of Secretary of the club. |

In 1997–1998 Pavlo was a Club President. He is Paul Harris Fellow. In 1996 - 2000 Pavlo was a member of Ukrainian Leadership Committee. |

In 2000 he was elected as a District Governor for Rotary International Multi Country District 2230 (Central Europe – Belorussia, Poland and Ukraine) for 2002-2003 Rotary year. He had been to RI Conventions in Glasgo (Scotland) 1997, Barcelona (Spain) 2002, Chicago (USA) 2005, Copenhagen-Malmoe (Denmark-Sweden) 2006. He served as the RI President Richard King European Salute Committee Member in 2001-2002 and as session speaker in Europian RI Institutes in Salzburg (Austria) 2002 and Jonkoeping (Sweden) 2006 and as Discussion group moderator in Rotary Zone Institute Stockholm-Helsinki 2005 and Jonkoeping 2006. |

Now he still is a Member of Rotary Club Lviv (Ukraine). |

In 2005-2006 and 2006-2007 Pavlo serve as RIMZC, as Committee for Extension Rotary in Ukraine Chair and DG-2230 Representative for Ukraine. He is the member of District 2230 Magazine “Rotarianin – Glos Rotary” editorial staff. |
Pavlo works in company LEPTON on the position of Board President. In 2002 he was graduated to MBA. In 2002-2006 he was the Member of Ukrainian National Coordination Committee for Cable TV and Interactive Nets Operators, today he serves as a Member of PanUkrainian Cable TV Operators Assotiation and Vice President of West-Ukrainian Cable TV Operators Union.
His wife Svitlana is a physician, the State Expert for lung diseases and tuberculosis.

She is the Rotarian, too, in 2002 she becomes a Charter Member of third Rotary club in the city – RC Lviv-Centre. |

Since 2002 she is the District 2230 RI Committee for Eradication Tuberculosis in Ukraine Chairperson. |

She is Paul Harris Fellow and serves as Club President in present cadence. |
Svitlana and Pavlo have a son Oleksandr, who is a dentist and daughter Anna, who is an University Student. Pavlo is fun of music, skiing and travelling by car.
He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, German and English.
Svitlana and Pavlo like to spend their free time in a country house in a highland of Carpathian Mountains.
