By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following conditions:

1. To comply with all instructions, safety regulations, and accreditation procedures established by the event organizers.
2. To provide valid identification and, where applicable, proof of professional media affiliation.
3. To use all photographs, recordings, interviews, and materials exclusively for editorial, journalistic, promotional, or informational purposes related to the event.
4. To respect the privacy and dignity of all participants, speakers, exhibitors, and guests.
5. To refrain from any commercial use of event content without prior written authorization from the organizers.

Photography, Video and Interview Consent

The Rotary European Action Summit 2026 will be photographed, filmed, and recorded by accredited media representatives and by the event organizers.

By attending the event, participants, speakers, exhibitors, and guests acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs, audio recordings, and video footage may be captured during the event.
• Such materials may be used by Rotary International, Rotary districts, Rotary clubs, event partners, sponsors, and accredited media outlets for communication, educational, promotional, archival, and reporting purposes.
• Media representatives must identify themselves when conducting individual interviews or close-up recordings.
• Organizers reserve the right to restrict or prohibit photography, filming, or recording in specific sessions or areas where confidentiality, privacy, or security considerations apply.

The event organizers reserve the right to revoke an accreditation at any time should these conditions not be respected.
