Right after the start of the war, FGIP and its partners have invested heavily in a Ukrainian language psychological help platform. The platform provides information and advice how to maintain your mental health, what to do in time of distress to help yourself, and also where to go in case professional help is needed. The site provides contacts both to Ukrainians in the country and to refugees living temporarily abroad.

Also we are working on a smartphone application, which will allow users to do tests for depression, anxiety etc. and measure their own psychological state.
