Expats at the greater Schoonhoven area are kindly invited to the:
First Schoonhoven EXPATS Hospitality Dinner Party
This event will be held at Schoonhoven on March 31, 2011.
Participation and dinner are free for Expats: high-level professionals, students, artists and partners, who are temporary employed at the greater Schoonhoven area (that is clockwise the Gouda, IJsselstein, Gorinchem, Krimpen aan den IJssel, Gouda region).
Keynote speaker: Mr. André Bonthuis, Mayor City of Schoonhoven.
Participation is limited. Register as soon as possible but not beyond March 1st, 2011. Sign up and mail: “Yes, I want to join the Schoonhoven Expats Dinner Party” and “I will * / will not * attend the pre-dinner Silver Museum program”, your name (and your partner if any), nationality, occupation, company name in the Netherlands and your private address with zipcode in the Netherlands. Mail to expats@hccnet.nl.
Expats with accepted registration will receive the official invitation and final program by e-mail. This invitation is your personal entrance ticket, so print it and show it at the registration desk.
Program Expats Dinner Party
Location: Belvédère Restaurant, situated alongside the Lek river near the city centre (address: Lekdijk West 2, 2871 MK Schoonhoven).
18.00 hrs: Courtesy call to Mayor of Schoonhoven Mr. André Bonthuis. Welcome drinks (Hosted by Municipality of Schoonhoven).
18.30 hrs: Welcome by Chairman of Rotaryclub Schoonhoven. Expats Hospitality Dinner together with Rotary clubmembers and partners. Presentation by keynote speaker Mr. André Bonthuis (Hosted by Rotaryclub Schoonhoven).
20.00 hrs: Afterparty. There will be ample opportunity for mutual contacts. Drinks are available at reasonable prices.
Optional Pre-Dinner Program Dutch Silver Museum Schoonhoven
Location: city centre at walking distance of the Belvédère Restaurant. Parking at Doelenplein. (Address museum: Kazerneplein 4, 2871 CZ Schoonhoven).
16.30 hrs: Start guided museumtour. (Free entrance and tour hosted by Rotaryclub Schoonhoven and Silver Museum. Show your personal invitation).
17.30 hrs: 15 minutes walk to Belvédère Restaurant.
